I’m Serena,
Over the years, in conversations with other coaches, I kept noticing the same pattern.
Really talented and gifted coaches were struggling to thrive in their business, almost everyone said some version of this:
“My clients are thriving. I just don’t feel the same momentum in my business.”
Behind the scenes, they were making important decisions alone. Pricing that felt hard to set. Positioning that hadn’t caught up with who they’d become. Growth that felt unpredictable when their ability clearly wasn’t.
It wasn’t about competence. It was about context.
I know this from my own experience, when you build in isolation, your thinking turns inward.
You question more. You hesitate longer. You believe thoughts that would unravel quickly if spoken in the right room.
Most coaches don’t have that room.
I’ve seen what happens when they do.
