Over the years, I kept hearing the same conversation from other coaches.
Not because they weren't good at what they did.
Far from it.
Their clients were thriving.
Their work was changing lives.
But behind the scenes, they were making every important business decision on their own.
Pricing that felt hard to set.
Positioning that no longer reflected who they'd become.
Growth that felt unpredictable, even though their ability clearly wasn't.

I know that feeling because I've lived it too.
When you build without the right people around you, your thinking turns inward.
You question more.
You hesitate longer.
You start believing thoughts that would quickly fall apart if you said them out loud to someone who genuinely understood.
That's when everything clicked.

It was about context.

So I built it.
Fly isn't another programme to consume or another networking group to attend.

It's the kind of place I wanted years ago.
